eating

We all know how food can be, especially during a hectic day at work. Not only will it boost our energies like no other, but also make us appreciate the value of one’s healthiness rather than activeness outdoors even more. We also know how food can be, even after a frantic day at home. Not only will it boost our immunities like never before, but also make us appreciate the value of one’s fitness rather than idleness indoors even more.

We also know how coffee can be, especially before a hectic day at work. Not only will it boost our energies like never before, but also make us realize the value one’s simplexes amidst the paradoxes outdoors even more. We even know how coffee can be, even during a frantic day at home. Not only will it boost our immunities like no other, but also make us realize the value of one’s complexes amidst the perplexes indoors even more.

Thus, it’s only right for you to eat with coffee more often – not just for the sake of you appreciating healthiness and fitness like no other, but also for the sake of you realizing simplexes and complexes like never before.

And even more so with espresso machines, as you get to:

Appreciate The Taste Better

The key here is to complement. Coffee may be sometimes be sweet, but you don’t have to drown yourself in its sweetness as you can pair it with salty food like cheesecake to balance out its mild flavors and for you to especially appreciate the food’s taste better. Coffee may also be sometimes bitter, but you don’t have to force yourself in its bitterness as you can pair it with sweet food like butterscotch to balance out its strong flavors and for you to even appreciate the coffee’s taste better.

Realize The Value Better

Simply put: A food’s value is best realized if it comes with something that doesn’t only make you boost your energy like no other, but also make you especially appreciate the simplicity in things like waking up in the morning and seeing the sun rise over the horizon like never before. And simply put: A food’s value is best realized of it comes with something that doesn’t only make you boost your immunity like never before, but also make you even appreciate the complexity in things like walking out in the evening and seeing the stars shine above the sky like no other.

a beautiful leaf of cannabis

Since cannabis was discovered to have some health benefits, high demand for the plant has risen as well which has led to many discovering different ideas to use for the growth of the plant. One of the ideas includes growing the plant in green house by the use of LED grow lights.

What are the benefits of LED grow lights in the growth of cannabis?

Cost effective.

Although some LED lights may cost you a fortune when purchasing up front, believe me, it is worth it. The grow lights tend to consume less light as compared to other HID lamps. Therefore not only do you get to supply ample light to your plants but you also get to save on your electricity bills as well. The lights tend to produce less heat as compared to other fluorescent lights and also does not burn.

Easy to control.

Marijuana plants require different temperatures in its various growth stages, and therefore you will need a light that can provide the necessary temperatures in every stage. When it comes to LED lights, they are designed with buttons that allow you to regulate the temperatures you need to use and have in-built fans that provide a calm and cool breeze to the environment hence making it easy to provide the required heat temperatures to the plants. With a pair, growing cannabis will become an easy process.

Reliable.

Unlike other HID lights, LED grow lights emit sharp and wide light illusions that reach all the corners of the garden ensuring that all plants get an equal amount of light distribution. This in return helps the plants to grow well and evenly. The powerful light illumination also enables one to produce a much large portion and more complex plants. The led lights are easy to install since all you require is to find a place to plug them at. They run at more cooler temperatures, and therefore you won’t have to worry about getting your greenhouse burnt.

road trip

It’s not about your destination. It’s about the journey to your destination.

Thus, it’s not surprising for people to go on road trips more often than usual nowadays. You will not only get to see more of the world even if you’re just passing by, but also get to experience more of the world as you pass by.

That being said, here are some fun activities to do while on the road:

Birdwatching

You don’t need to go somewhere far just to see birds fly in the sky magnificently. All you need is a good pair of binoculars (as seen on Tim’s article) and a good spot – be it by the car window, on the car sunroof, and even at the side of the road. Regardless, it will be one heck of a birdwatching experience. You will not just see birds fly up spontaneously. You will also see birds fly down gracefully. You will not just see flocks of birds flying over the horizon during migration season. You will also see pairs of birds flying over the horizon during mating season. And yes – all these and more you’ll be able to witness even if you’re just on the road.

Singing

Who doesn’t like singing? Whether you have a good voice or a not-so-good voice, you can’t deny that singing is one of the best things about road trips. You will not only get to cheer yourself up after long hours of driving. You will also get to cheer others up after long hours of sitting. Or vice versa – wink, wink. Even more so, you get to bond closer with your loved ones as you let yourselves enjoy these kinds of simple moments. You see, some of the best things in life begins with a simple gesture to make others warm up to each other – and that’s pretty much what singing does for yourself and for other people. Time to practice singing for your next road trip then!

Wording

Road trips are not really all that fun without games like wording. Whether it’s a word game that involves one to connect what the others are saying or a word game that involves one to guess certain words and even a word game that involves one to avoid certain words, one can always expect hours of fun with your loved ones while on the road.

comfort zone

Let’s face it.

We all fear the unknown.

Those unknown places to go where we can go lost. Those unfamiliar things to do where we can do worse. But you know what? Those unknown places to go might be the best places you’ll ever see in your entire life. Those unfamiliar things to do might be the best things you’ll ever experience in your entire life.

All you need to do is step outside your comfort zone and everything will just fall into place.

And by this, it means:

Going someplace you’ve always wanted to go.

It’s that simple, you know? Stepping outside your comfort zone means going someplace you’ve always wanted to go. But this time, with a new kind of energy – one that will make you look forward even more to the adventure trip you’re planning and one that will make you look forward to seeing all those places you’ve only seen from pictures. This also means seeing places in a different perspective. The once thought forest filled with vicious beasts is now a forest filled with wonderful creatures you never imagined seeing in person. The once thought lake full of deadly piranhas is now a lake full of coral reefs you never imagined taking pictures of.

Doing something you’ve always wanted to do.

Be it hitting bull’s eye in an archery field using a nice compound bow or even reaching home in a football field using a nice leather glove, stepping outside your comfort will never feel as liberating as doing these without fearing the unknown. You see, stepping outside your comfort zone is not just about doing something you’ve always wanted to do. You also see, stepping outside your comfort zone is not just about doing something you’ve only heard from others. It means stepping up your game even more when it comes to things you haven’t fully grasped upon. This is not just for you to try out what you’re truly passionate about, but also for you to figure out if it’s what you’re truly passionate about.

As Roy T. Bennett said: You never change your life until you step out of your comfort zone; change begins at the end of your comfort zone.

Indeed, it will. And indeed, it does.

How about you?

Have you stepped outside of your comfort zone? If yes, how did it go for you? If no, what’s stopping you from doing it?

Let’s discuss on the comments section below!

venturing

Travelling can be daunting, especially if you’re seeing places most people have already gone to. There’s the fact that a place would be too hectic, as well as full of man’s creations.

But you know what?

Travelling can also be exciting, especially if you’re experiencing places most people have never gone to. There’s the fact that a place would be just calm, as well as full of nature’s wonders.

That being said, here are some reminders when venturing into the unknown:

Pack light.

You’ll never know. You might climb up that mountain you saw while fetching water from a stream. You’ll also never know. You might hike down that cliff you saw while gathering food from a tree. Anything can happen when you’re venturing into the unknown; hence, the need for you to pack light in order to adapt to the condition you’ll eventually find yourself in without trouble. Even more so, it will help you in moving around freely and prevent you in getting tired easily.

Bring a water bottle.

One con of venturing into the unknown? Not knowing how long (time) it would take for you to climb up to the mountain top or how much (effort) it would take for you to hike down to the cliff bottom. But still, one should always be prepared as the journey might take a few days or more to completely finish. Bring a water bottle and fill it with water more often than usual from nearby streams or even trees – not only to keep yourself hydrated, but also to boost your energy and to maintain your skin.

Bring a homemade snack.

Be it making your own dough recipe via the top bread machines on the market right now or the top waffle makers on the market right now, it never hurts to be prepared when it comes to food. You’ll never know. The area you’re venturing into is a few miles away from the nearest town. You’ll also never know. The area you’re venturing into is nowhere near a fruit tree even. Thus, bring a homemade snack – at least 5 packs, just enough to fill yourself up from time to time.

Always remember, there’s no such thing as too prepared. You see, venturing into the unknown is best experienced if you’re truly prepared – even with just a light pack, a water bottle, or a homemade snack.

I haven’t mastered the art of packing light yet. But I’m working on it. I take it as a challenge every time I travel. But I’m happy to say that I’ve gotten better at it over time. I’ve learned to trim down the things I put in my check-in luggage. As for my carry on, I make sure that the essentials come first and the rest just take up whatever space is left.

1. Travel documents

Apart from my passport and flight tickets, I made it a habit to bring copies of important documents in my carry-on. I also keep digital copies in my mobile devices. I make sure that I keep printed copies of my itineraries, train tickets, and specific information about how to get to my destination if applicable.

2. Valuables

I try to avoid bringing valuables when traveling. And I put what few things of value I might have with me in my carry on. These items usually include my wallet, camera or mobile devices, and anything I consider too pricey to leave in my luggage.

3. Medications

I have a small pill box where I put whatever medication I need while on the road. These are usually prescription medicines or vitamins that I need to take at certain times of the day.

4. Collapsible water bottle

I prefer to drink water than sodas or other beverages. One of my must-have travel items is a collapsible water bottle that I can easily stash in my carry on. The first thing I do after clearing security check is to head somewhere I can fill it with water.

5. Portable charger

My phone charger’s always on my carry on essentials checklist. But I’ve also invested on a lightweight and small portable mobile device charger to make sure I can juice up my phone anywhere.

6. Change of clothes

I’m used to flight delays. But I’ve experienced one in the past that left me stuck at the airport during layover far longer than I imagined. And I had no change of clothes. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I learned to carry at least one spare shirt and underwear in my carry on. I also make sure that I have suitable clothes for whatever weather they have in the place I’m headed to.

7. Travel hygiene kit
I have a miniature travel kit that contains a small toothpaste, foldable toothbrush, hand sanitizer, facial wipes, deodorant, and lip balm. I also have a travel sewing kit with in case I need to fix a loose button on my clothes.

8. Reading materials and other entertainment

I like reading so I make sure that I have plenty of materials on my phone. I tend to avoid traveling with so many gadgets so most forms of entertainment are usually stocked in whatever gadget I have with me.

9. Sleeping kit

I’m a light sleeper. I can’t sleep with the lights on and I’m sensitive to noise. This is why I always have an eye mask and ear plug with me. I want to get as much sleep as I can while traveling and those two things have been helpful in ensuring that I get enough snooze.

Japan has long been a dream destination for me. I’ve always wanted to see the cherry blossoms in bloom. There are many places I want to see and a long list of food I want to taste. Here are some videos of some of the amazing things about Japan that will make you want to go there:

1. Top 10 Most Interesting Facts About Japan

There are many interesting things about Japan. I think that a brief visit will not give me enough time to discover most of them. This video covers some amazing facts that inspire me more to travel there. On top of my personal favorites are the high-tech toilets, the cuisine, and the punctuality the Japanese people exemplify.

2. Japan Tourist Attractions: 15 Best Places To Visit

I have a long list of places I want to see in Japan. And this video features some of them. Kyoto is definitely one of the destinations I want to see first. I want to explore the temples and streets of this breathtaking city. I also want to see the Jigokudani Monkey Park in Nagano. I’ve seen photos of the snow monkeys soaking in the hot springs which only makes me eager to go there as soon as I can. I also wouldn’t want to miss traveling around Tokyo. I’m excited to visit the temple in Asakusa, the Imperial Palace, the Tokyo Tower, Shinjuku, and Akihabara.

3. 22 Things To Do in Tokyo, Japan

Speaking of Tokyo, here’s a video of things to do while in the city. I’d love to see the Meiji Shrine and Shibuya Crossing. I want to explore the electronics and otaku scene in Akihabara. I like to visit a maid café, eat as many authentic dishes as I can, and travel by shinkansen to neighboring cities. These are just a few of the tons of things I plan on doing when in Tokyo.

4. Street Food Japan

Exploring the street food scene is part of my longtime dream to travel in Japan. I’ve tried most of the dishes featured in this video like the okonomiyaki, takoyaki, and yakisoba. But I haven’t had okonomiyaki on a stick yet. Apart from these, I can’t wait to have a taste of cold soba, yakitori, and ramen right smack at the heart of the country that makes them so scrumptiously.
